Free Ring Resizing

At Siyona Diamonds, we understand that getting the perfect ring size is essential. That’s why we offer one free ring resize within the first 12 months of your purchase. If your order qualifies for this complimentary resizing, we also provide free shipping both ways for your convenience.

If your ring is more than a year old or requires a second (or additional) resize, a fee of ₹2500 will apply. For these resizes, the actual shipping costs for both ways will be charged to you.

Ring Resizing Policy

Our resizing service allows for adjustments up to 2 sizes larger or smaller than the original ring size. For resizes beyond this range, we may offer a custom quote or recommend purchasing a new ring, depending on the design.

Please note that engraved rings may experience changes in the appearance of the engraving after resizing. If you wish, we can re-engrave your ring for a fee of ₹1500 (up to 20 characters). For more details, see our engraving policy.

Rings That Cannot Be Resized

Certain designs, such as eternity rings or rings with full eternity settings, cannot be resized due to their specific structure. In such cases, we recommend ordering a new ring.

Shipping for Resized Items

Resized items are generally shipped back to you within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the ring. If a new ring needs to be crafted, it may take up to 2 weeks.
