At Siyona Diamonds, we take pride in delivering high-quality diamond jewelry to our customers. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that all returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Return Policy
We allow product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that there will be a deduction of 10% from the refund amount to cover making and handling charges. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original certification and packaging.
Replacement for Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement within 30 days of delivery. The remaking will be done, ensuring you receive a perfect piece. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed. However, if an error occurs on our part, such as incorrect product details or pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
